Terry passed away on March 3, 2017, at Parkwood Hospital in his 88th year. Predeceased by Diane, his wife of 57 years, parents Archie and Jean, and brother Ray. Loving father of Jeffrey (Catherine), Janet (Sam Crozier) and Barbara. Loving Grandfather of Alexandra and Joshua Robinson (Emma), Alison and Gillian Crozier. Cherished by sister-in-law Connie Jefferess. He will also be missed by his close friends, the people of St. James Westminster Anglican Church, and his neighbourhood. Terry was a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. He worked for Bell Canada for over 37 years and, after retirement, he and Diane worked with the Pioneers to sew Therapeutic Heart Pillows for London Health Sciences Centre Cardiac patients. Terry and Diane enjoyed camping and traveling, especially in North America, heading from coast to coast on many a road trip. They also ventured to Korea and China. Terry was a talented woodworker, plumber, electrician, auto-mechanic, and so much more. He spent a lifetime giving of his time, talent, and treasure at St. James, at the Girl Guide Camp Orenda, and at the homes and cottages of countless family, friends, and neighbours. There was almost nothing that Terry couldn’t fix. He always claimed that there would be a toilet to fix before he could pass through the Pearly Gates…he’s probably working on that now! Terry always had time to teach, guide and encourage his children and grandchildren while still allowing them to find their own way through life.
