St. James Westminster Church has a range of facilities to meet the needs of groups seeking to rent space on a regular, occasional, or one-time basis. The following spaces are available for rental when not being used by the Parish: the Church, the Great Hall, a Board Room, a Lounge, Kitchen and Gym.
Rental requests are considered in terms of their consistency with the mission and values of St. James Westminster. Our Administrative Assistant will be pleased to speak with you to offer more information on our policy and to determine how we can best meet your needs. A Rental Contract and Special Events Physical Needs Form must be submitted for all rentals (see “CONTRACTS IN PDF FORMAT” links in the sidebar).
